Pickup Policy
To modify or cancel your pickup order, please call 416-792-6167. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. As all items are made to order, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued after this period. Orders not picked up by the scheduled date will not be refunded. Orders will be held for no longer than 1-2 days after the scheduled pickup date, at the discretion of the bakery.
Delivery Policy
Please double-check all delivery information before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, a $6.99 cancellation fee applies. Date and address changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and will incur an additional charge of $2.99. However, changing delivery to a weekend date and/or further distance will cost a bit more. Changes made less than 24 hours before delivery will require a new delivery fee. No refunds will be given for orders that are cancelled after 5 PM the day before the delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be redelivered. We are not responsible for delays or damage due to the recipient’s absence or unforeseen issues such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, or inaccurate delivery information. If the product is damaged due to courier error and not for the reasons listed above, we can either re-deliver or waive the delivery fee.
Please ensure the recipient is available during the delivery window. If not, and access is available, the package will be left at the door. We are not liable for items left unattended. Specific delivery time requests cannot be accommodated. Drivers will ring or knock and wait 20 seconds before leaving the order, following contactless delivery procedures. An SMS (to local numbers only) will be sent if a package is left; phone calls will only be made in cases of delay or accessibility issues.
If the building has a concierge, please confirm they accept packages. If not, deliveries may be left in the lobby or outside the main entrance. For buildings without a concierge, or when no one is available to receive the delivery, packages will be left at the front door. You accept all risk and responsibility for deliveries left unattended, including theft, damage, or weather-related issues. No refunds or credits will be provided in these cases.
Please ensure the recipient is aware of the delivery, and that we have their local phone number and any access instructions (buzz code, unit number, etc.). We do not call international numbers.
Expect possible delays during holidays or due to unexpected factors like weather or road conditions. While 95% of orders are delivered within the estimated window, timing cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not available for late deliveries due to such circumstances.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Product Availability
All items are baked fresh to order. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable due to supplier or external issues. If this happens, we will contact you in advance to offer a substitute or the option to cancel your order.
