What determines the price?
Every custom order is unique. Pricing depends on:

Simple designs cost less than highly detailed artwork, and larger orders may qualify for volume pricing.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 24 cookies.
If you’d like multiple designs, we require a minimum of 6 cookies per design, with a total order of at least 24 cookies. Multiple designs require additional setup time, which may affect pricing.
How much notice do I need?
We recommend ordering at least one week in advance.
During busy seasons—including Christmas, Easter, graduation, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day—we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Need cookies sooner? It never hurts to ask. We’ll always do our best to accommodate rush orders whenever our production schedule allows.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it.
Pinterest boards, Instagram photos, invitations, party decorations, colour palettes, fabric samples, and mood boards all help us understand the look you’re hoping to achieve.
Can you recreate another baker’s cookies exactly?
We use inspiration photos as a guide, but every cookie is hand decorated, so no two designs are identical.
Rather than making an exact copy, we’ll create cookies inspired by the style you love while adding our own craftsmanship. If you’re looking for an exact logo or photograph, an edible image may be the better option.

Can the cookies be frozen?

Leave the cookies sealed in their original packaging before freezing. Simply thaw them at room temperature when you’re ready to enjoy them.
